This customer was having ongoing issues with the roller doors breaking down at their waste management facility.
The site is subject to strict odour control procedures to minimise the impact of the factory’s operations on the surrounding neighbourhood.
Due to frequent breakdowns, their operation performance was affected, and they were receiving a lot of complaints from nearby residents.
The Solution
After a thorough investigation, we found that old control panels were in poor condition and were contributing to the problem.
Our team designed, built, and installed new panels which have since been integrated with the existing odour control system.
These new control panels have resolved the issues with endless breakdowns, resulting in yet another satisfied customer.
